Linksy Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply whenever you use Linksy, its site pages, and its member features.
1. Overview
Linksy provides member browsing, user content, favorites, profile tools, post publishing, and credits for supported in-app actions.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Linksy, you accept these Terms and agree to follow them each time you use the service. If you create an account, publish content, or purchase credits, you confirm that you are responsible for your activity and that you will use the service in a lawful and respectful way. You should be 18 or older, or use the service only with any permission required by applicable law.
3. Member Content and Conduct
You are responsible for the user content, profile details, and posts you submit. Do not publish material that is illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, misleading, or that infringes another person's rights.
4. Reporting, Blocking, and Enforcement
Linksy may provide tools to report content, report accounts, and block other members. We may review reports, moderate content, remove material, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access when conduct violates these Terms or creates safety concerns. We aim to review valid reports promptly.
5. Credits and In-App Purchases
Linksy includes in-app purchase flows for credits. Purchases are processed through Apple and the App Store account connected to your device. Credits are virtual consumable goods that may be used only for supported in-app actions inside Linksy.
6. Refunds, Restore, and No Cash Value
Except where required by law, in-app purchases are final sale and are non-refundable once completed. If Apple or the App Store offers a restore or account-resolution process for a purchase type, you should use those tools first. Credits are not redeemable for cash and have no cash value outside the service.
7. Availability and Changes
We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. Continued use of Linksy after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
